Immersive Photography Weekend

Mindfulness, creativity & connection through photography in the Scottish countryside

Marcassie Farm, Moray, Scotland

25th and 26th October 2025

Slow Down. See Differently. Connect Deeply.

Join us for a gentle and soulful weekend in nature, where photography becomes more than a creative outlet—it becomes a way to breathe, connect, and come home to yourself.

Set on the peaceful grounds of Marcassie Farm, this two-day immersive retreat is an invitation to explore photography as a mindfulness practice. You’ll be part of a small group of like-minded individuals, all seeking stillness, inspiration, and genuine human connection.

What to Expect

Mindful Photography Exercises

Guided by Kim Grant, you'll explore photography as a meditative, grounding practice with simple but powerful exercises designed to reconnect you with your >surroundings—and yourself.

Nature Immersion at Marcassie Farm

Wander through open farmland, grassy fields, ancient trees, ponds, and under the wide Scottish sky. This landscape invites quiet reflection and creative exploration.

Group Connection & Image Sharing

We come together in circle throughout the weekend to share our experiences and the images we've made—not for critique, but for connection and celebration.

Plant-Based Nourishment

A local chef will prepare a beautiful, seasonal plant-based lunch each day, designed to ground you and connect you with the rhythms of the land.

Post-Retreat Reflection Session (Online)

Two weeks after the weekend, we’ll gather on Zoom to reconnect, share our favourite images, and reflect on what’s shifted.
